  The journey begins on Friday at 3pm as we gather as a community to set our intentions for the weekend ahead. Guided by the tranquil vibes of our shala, we'll embark on a soulful evening of reconnecting and laying the groundwork for the transformative days ahead.

• Day 2: Saturday, September 21 | 09:00 - 19:00

  Saturday unfolds as a day brimming with possibilities. We commence with a blissful morning practice at 9am, paving the way for a day of immersive workshops and collaborative experiences. Through these enriching sessions, we'll delve into the depths of our being, embracing our aspirations, challenges, and strengths, all in the pursuit of crafting a life filled with abundance and joy.

• Day 3: Sunday, September 22 | 09:00 - 16:00

  On our final day, we gather once more for a practice that beautifully encapsulates our journey together, weaving our intentions into a tapestry of awareness and mindfulness.
