Abasin
Abasin has been involved in personal development for over a decade, facilitating individual and group breathwork, process work, movement, Kundalini yoga, and meditation. With a foundation as a Journey and Rebirthing Breathwork facilitator, Abasin has been guided by Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), yogic pranayama, and somatic practices. He shares the deeper principles and teachings of these modalities through Beyond Breathwork classes, workshops, and trainings. His passion and intuition help create a space for people to unfold, release, and transform. Abasin supports individuals in accessing their own body wisdom, leading them to deeper self-realization, love, and joy.

Adam
Adam is a certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher with over 500 hours of training, as well as a Sound Healing Facilitator. Originally from Cleveland, OH, he now calls Bali home. With a deep passion for teaching, Adam spent the last six years in Austin, TX, where he shared his knowledge and skills. He earned his foundational 200-hour certification at Sivananda Bahamas in 2018 and completed an advanced 300-hour training in Bali in 2023. Specializing in Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yin, Sound Healing, and Yoga Nidra, Adam is dedicated to creating transformative experiences. His mission is to help others find balance and healing by integrating movement, breath, and sound into every class, fostering an uplifting and rejuvenating environment for all.

Ade
Since beginning Ashtanga Yoga in 2015 with renowned yogi Sanna Kokkonen, Ade has deepened his practice through regular visits to Mysore, India, studying under the guidance of Paramaguru Sharath Jois. Passionate about Ashtanga Yoga, Ade is committed to his personal journey and sharing its magic with others, viewing it as a lifelong path to peace. With his Level 2 Authorization from the Sharath Yoga Centre, he teaches Ashtanga-inspired classes three times a week at our studio. His teaching style is direct and simple, emphasizing the importance of breath. Ade believes yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, language, or gender.

Anan
Born in Barcelona, Anan discovered Ayurveda in her teens while exploring Sanskrit. She later began studying yoga at the Jivamukti school in Barcelona. At 24, she moved to India, where she continues her studies with her teachers. Grateful for this path of healing and self-discovery, Anan's teachings reflect her daily practice and connection to nature. Her classes blend tradition, playfulness, and breath, offering both fun and challenge. You can find her teaching Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior and RA Vinyasa at the studio!

Andrei
After practicing various types of yoga for over a decade, Andrei completed his teacher training in 2021 with Byron de Marsé and Paul Teodo. With a passion for Ashtanga Yoga, Andrei trained with R. Sharath Jois in 2023. With a personal understanding of the physical and mental benefits of yoga, he believes in commitment and dedication and recognizes that true growth comes from embracing the journey and staying present in the process. Andrei fosters an environment where each student can define the meaning of empowerment for themselves. He understands that everyone's path is unique, and he tailors his teachings to meet the individual needs and aspirations of his students. By empowering them to find their own inner strength, Andrei helps his students overcome personal barriers and discover their true essence.

Barbra Noh, a lifelong movement enthusiast, studied ballet in Melbourne before embarking on a professional dance career in European theaters. With over 25 years of global yoga teaching, she's a recognized leader in Europe, renowned for Anusara Yoga training and co-founding ThaiVedic—a holistic system integrating yoga, Ayurveda, and bodywork. Barbra's classes, balancing physical challenge and mental stimulation, embody her passion for health and personal growth. Her precise teaching style makes complex material accessible. She believes in yoga's transformative power to empower us on the journey to worthiness and full potential. Based in Bali, she teaches regularly in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Korea.

Cole
Cole is a trauma-informed yoga teacher who teaches in various capacities, including international retreats, teacher trainings, festivals, rehabs, and prisons. She believes in utilizing curiosity and intellect, both mental and somatic, to peel back the many layers of self on the journey to remembering wholeness. Cole’s asana guidance is a pro-wiggle, swerve-centered, and embodied Vinyasa exploration. Thematically, she weaves yogic and Buddhist philosophy, neuroscience, and psychological insights, all grounded in compassionate and playful curiosity.

After years of searching for life's meaning, Denise found yoga as a path to self-discovery. She fell in love with its philosophy and fluid movements, studying Vinyasa Krama, FluidUs, and Inside Flow for over 1,000 hours, and is certified with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500 teacher. Denise connects with intuitive movements that invite access to inner wisdom, using embodiment as a tool for growth. She leads teacher trainings, retreats, and yoga classes in Peru and Bali, where you'll experience profound, dynamic movements and a thoughtfully curated playlist, creating a graceful, flowing sequence—like dancing on your mat.

Dy, a passionate yoga student, used yoga to heal when diagnosed with lupus. Now a certified yoga teacher, she empowers others through yoga. Certified in Vinyasa, FluidUs, Power Yoga, Yin, and Himalayan Kriya, Dy's training includes over 500 hours with notable instructors. Her classes focus on deepening body awareness with a spirited, spiritual touch, emphasizing the importance of balancing mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical aspects for a better life.

Eric
After 12 years of teaching Business and Economics at a high school in Europe, Eric chose to follow his passion for teaching yoga and holistic practices across Southeast Asia, eventually making Bali his home. Eric is trained in multiple yoga styles, including Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini Yoga. Over the past five years, he has taught more than 3,000 classes across Europe and Asia. In addition, he is deeply committed to offering healing and empowerment tools tailored to each individual's needs. As a Reiki Master and Sound Healer, Eric also facilitates ceremonies such as Kirtan, Sacred Cacao, Shamanic Journeys, and Moon Ceremonies.

Joëlle Sleebos’ heart sings for the transformative power of yoga, Ayurveda, and the sacred rituals that connect us with ourselves, each other, and mother-earth. She especially loves the dynamic Vinyasa style as her asana practice. She is passionate about guiding others to explore the profound depths of their being and discover their own unique dharma on and off the mat. She lives and works between Bali, South Africa and Europa and wherever she is, Yoga helps her to stay connected to herself and navigate life more gracefully. She completed a Radiantly Alive 200-hour YTT as well as multiple 300-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings with Daniel Aaron and Carlos Tao in Ubud, Bali. With Joëlle, expect a deep inner and at the same time, playful yoga experience.

Julia Aurora is a Scandinavian yoga teacher, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, ceremonialist, and musician. After overcoming personal traumas, she traveled the world, learning from healers and shamans. She now offers AWILD restorative breathwork for emotional release and art therapy, tapping into intuition and body wisdom to ignite your creative powers. Julia's classes blend nature’s elements with intuitive singing and instruments like the chacapa, sound bowls, handpan, and harmonium. Kimberley
Kimberley (E-RYT 500) is passionate about all types of yoga but her true love is Vinyasa. Yoga helps keep her grounded, balanced, and connected as a mother, teacher, and student. Kimberley's connection to yoga started at Radiantly Alive, where she deepened her practice and expanded her knowledge of yoga in all its forms. She completed a Radiantly Alive 200-hour YTT as well as 200 & 300-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings with Les Leventhal. With Kimberley, expect to dive deep into self-enquiry and reflection, while reconnecting back to your true self.

Laila
In her classes, Laila aims to find a balance between the slowness of Hatha Yoga and the Dynamic flow of Vinyasa. She works on bringing the masculine and the feminine together, the structure and the flow, by using a sequencing structure that follows the ascent of the internal breath from one energetic center to the next. Within this structure she explores a variety of postures linked from the beginning to the end with fun, creative and playful transitions. During a class, you will have the space to hold the poses and break down their alignment, while working on smoothing and bringing more grace into your transitions.

Leon is a Yoga Alliance certified 200h Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga teacher and a 300h Kundalini Yoga teacher certified by the Kundalini Research Institute. His yoga and meditation journey began in 2009 with Mindfulness Meditation. Since 2013, Leon has added Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga to his practice, and over the past six years, he has been exploring the subtle and transformative aspects of Kundalini Yoga. Leon is passionate about sharing a wide array of powerful yogic tools. His classes are deeply transformational journeys, guiding participants safely through the exploration of their inner landscape.

Lucía is a 700-hour registered yoga teacher specializing in creative Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Rocket Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Nidra, Classic Hatha, and meditation. Originally from Madrid, Spain, she now travels the world, inspired by her passion for travel and cultural diversity. She founded Retiros Wellness to organize global spiritual retreats and transformational trips. After leaving the corporate world in 2018, Lucía now focuses on yoga, integrating alignment, mindfulness, dynamic practice, music, and heart-opening reflections into her teaching.

Malika (E-RYT 500) has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Her curiosity and passion for well-being have led her to study Eastern medicine, lightwork, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. Her Yin yoga method is based on the Functional Yin Yoga approach taught by Paul Grilley, and she has been trained by his senior lead assistant, Jo Phee, and Joe Barnett. MALIKA combines and integrates what she has learned from all her teachers and tools with wisdom from life itself. She guides practitioners into a quiet practice where they can deeply listen to their bodies, fostering self-discovery and healing with students worldwide over the past decades.

Marlen's yoga journey began 10 years ago, leading her to ashrams and trainings with individuals such as Eddie Stern, Riki Warren, and at Radiantly Alive. She discovered her authentic teaching approach through Carlos Tao's FluidUs method, which she now teaches in Germany and Indonesia. With German precision, a creative mind, and an empathetic heart, Marlen creates classes that offer a new body alignment for familiar yoga poses and movements. Her approach relies on the inherent wisdom of living anatomy and the latest research to enhance strength, mobility, and overall posture. Simultaneously, she fosters the opportunity for a deep experience, connection within the body, and meeting the shape within.

Maximilien has experienced the life-changing benefits of yoga. He left his corporate life behind, including status and high income, after years of depression and burnout to pursue a life dedicated to yoga. Maximilien is passionate about using yoga to dive deep into the inner self. He brings a unique Yin-Yang energy to his dynamic, all-levels classes, which feature flowing sequences to strengthen the body, subtle themes to challenge the mind, and breathwork to create a moving meditation. He also crafts deeply relaxing Yin and Restorative classes that transcend time and space. You can expect to leave Maximilien’s classes feeling relaxed, empowered, positive, and eager to return.

Michael has studied and practiced various meditation techniques and traditions for 20 years, including Vipassana, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Dzogchen. He received his Bachelor's degree from Florida State University and is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner from the Southern California University of Health Sciences. Michael completed his meditation teacher training at UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center and is certified to teach by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association. After spending 20 years between New York City and Los Angeles, he now lives in Ubud. Meditation and Ayurveda continue to revolutionize his life, and sharing this wisdom is his passion.

With expertise in Life Coaching, Spiritual Mentoring, Kundalini energy work, and retreat organization, Nora creates environments for deep healing. Sahar is a sound healer and a meditation and mindfulness teacher. She trained for several years with Buddhist monks in Thailand, which provided her with a solid foundation to guide individuals and groups through transformative journeys of personal growth and awareness. Nurtured since childhood by spirituality, music, and poetry, her passions led her to pursue training and certifications in sound healing, meditation, energy work, and art therapy. Since 2016, Sahar has been teaching, offering sessions, workshops, and retreats to promote inner peace and healing, leading participants to emotional release and nervous system regulation.

Sanna has devoted over 35 years to exploring movement, yoga, and Eastern philosophy. She teaches across Europe, sharing her expertise at yoga festivals, studios, and retreats. A student of the legendary Pattabhi Jois, Sanna brings her personal insights and joyful anecdotes from her time with the "grandfather of Ashtanga" to her philosophy sessions. Her true passion lies in yoga philosophy, mantras, and music, which she weaves beautifully into her teachings. Sanna is also authorized to teach Tibetan Heart Yoga by Lama Marut and holds E-RYT-500 and YACEP certifications.

Saridewi
Born 1975 and raised in Bali in a long tradition of Balinese dancer family. Movement coordination and breath control has always become part of her life as she grew up as teenager performing Balinese dances in temple ceremonies and for Indonesian cultural missions abroad. After she got the yoga foundation study from a training in 2015 by Seger Oger, yoga community in Sanur, she has been keenly deepening her yoga practice. She met her first Ashtanga yoga teacher, Sanna Kokkonen, a student of Pattabhi Jois in 2015. From there the study continues under guidance of many famous Ashtanga teachers of KPJAYI, among them are Kirsten Berg, Mitchell Gold, Eileen Hall and Kino MacGregor.

Having become a yoga & meditation teacher, she has extensively researched yoga's potential for physical, mental, and emotional healing, aiming to bridge the gap between psychology, bodywork, and energy practices. Valentina seamlessly integrates modern science with ancient wisdom, offering a holistic approach to well-being. Her passion is to blend these modalities, guiding people to discover their inner pharmacy and transform their lives through practice, creating profound and engaging journeys of self-discovery and healing.
