Embark on a transformative journey with our 100HR Trauma Informed Somatic Embodiment
This trauma-informed Somatic Embodiment program seamlessly blends stillness and movement to foster a deep connection with your body, enhancing your capacity for a transformative embodiment journey.
Designed for both men and women, it offers a comprehensive exploration of the myofascial system, somatic trauma release practices, nervous system rewiring exercises, spontaneous movement, embodiment techniques, and the Spiral Movement Foundation, along with Yin Fascial Yoga practices.
By accessing the body’s innate wisdom, participants can release stress and traumatic imprints, becoming more attuned to their needs for nourishment, recharging, and vitality.
The two foundational practices that you should know
Trauma-Informed Yin Fascial Yoga
Discover the profound connection between fascia awareness and Yin Yoga. Delve into myofascial release techniques within Yin Yoga postures, supported by a trauma-informed container, where trauma can be gently released from the body.
Enhance your ability to hold space for trauma-sensitive practitioners with techniques grounded in Somatic Experiencing and Polyvagal Theory. This training provides practical tools to address stress, trauma, depression, and anxiety through somatic yoga and meditation practices. You’ll learn how to create a safe environment using appropriate language and techniques, while understanding the impact of trauma on the nervous system and the body. This knowledge will support your healing and enable you to facilitate healing and empowerment for others.
Dynamic Spiral Yoga – Fascia Fluidity Movement
Build a solid foundation in Dynamic Spiral Yoga, focusing on fascia fluidity through somatic movement. This practice integrates elements from Qigong, Yoga, Gyrokinesis®, nonlinear movement, and Spiral Dynamics, offering an explorative approach to body mechanics within the fascial matrix. You’ll practice fascia unwinding and Gyrokinesis to develop a dynamic somatic embodiment practice, enhancing your understanding of stability, grounding, and the flow of energy in both your practice and teachings.
