Philippa Pilkington

Philippa, based in Singapore and the UK, brings her expertise to both in-person and online classes for groups and individuals. Having started her yoga journey in the 1990s, she trained as a teacher at the age of 50, proving it’s never too late to change one's life and career. With nearly 30 years of experience in a corporate environment, Philippa offers valuable insight into the challenges of anxiety, stress, and burnout that many face.

Using yoga as a tool to relax and heal the body and mind, she tailors her sessions to meet the unique needs of her clients, helping them flourish and thrive. By combining her training and life lessons, Philippa demonstrates that by taking the time to connect with our inner world, we can find serenity, joy, and wonder in our everyday lives.
