Happy Full Moon in Aquarius and a wholehearted welcome to the sun season of Leo (July 22 – August 22).

I don’t know about you, but the past cancer season (integrating the lesson of being your own emotional safe space) felt bumpy and severe from me and I am very grateful for this lighthearted shift to uplift us all.

“I sit on clouds and obsess with angels when I should be obsessing on the fact that I can fly.”

- Atticus

We explored the zodiac sign Aquarius in February when we had this year's new moon in Aquarius. Back then, we talked about how to untangle ourselves from the norm we operate in, in order to find the heart of our own beliefs, which remains when we shed all the layers and patterns we have been trained to adapt. Feel free to look up the article in our archive to reflect on what has changed since then. Now, half a year later, the sun made its way through half the zodiac wheel, renewing his teachings in the sign of Leo while the Moon once again radiates her silver light upon us, charged by Aquarian energy.

Aquarius has a strong tendency to always be different from the norm it is in. And while a lot of us should try to embody this unconventional spirit more, you might notice that there is a flip side to that too. Sometimes we push experiences, and humans away because we identify too much with the idea of “doing it differently”. Can you relate or even think of a time in your life when you neglected an experience or when you didn’t show up for yourself because your mind took the driver's seat and stirred your path farther away from your heart's login?

"The mind is a wonderful servant but a terrible master."

-Robin Sharma

Often, it’s the most simple pleasures we are given, that can seem all too mundane but would open us up to grand delights. However, when we are busy trying to be different, we can get caught up in the idea itself rather than embracing the adventure of the unknown, and thus the experience. This leads to drifting off our path and disconnects us from the luminous gifts that we could bring into this world, simply by being true to ourselves and trusting in the mysterious unfolding.

Mythologically Aquarius Was Known as the Water Bearer

A figure, unbound, roaming the lands, bringing water to communities, staying with them for the time being but never for long. Moving on, when its purpose was fulfilled. Its mission to serve allowed it to bloom in its individual freedom. Furthermore, it gathered stories and knowledge of every place it observed. This relates a lot to the Aquarian capacity we so desperately need in our current struggles as a species: To think beyond the limitations we currently live in.

So how can you detach yourself from yourself just enough to lean out and experience a greater truth, but not far enough to become impervious to the world you live in.

Think of something you genuinely wish for in life. First and foremost ask yourself truly if all this full moon energy makes you overthink. If so, take time to unravel and simplify. Meditate and draw back in. And right there, find a way to apply this ancient wisdom that Aquarius magnifies within you.

This Full Moon Might Affect Your Intellectual Identification and Your Freedom

In the multiple aspects of this mysterious Air-Sign, I highly suggest writing down your thoughts as it will help you to sort them, clarify them and it is the ultimate channel to birth them into this world. Journal about anything and everything. And if you dare, put your words into action.

With the co-influence of the sun's sitting in Leo, we wanna ask ourselves:

“How do I show up and bring my gifts into this world without being too attached to the result and free to let go and when it’s time to."

As this required deep yielding and devoted internal work, we’ll pick up this tread under the context of the Leo new moon ahead of us very soon.

I hope you have the most magnificent full moon!
Be kind, -to your mind and all its little whispers of brilliance.

Big Hug,
Sara Grace
