Nora Jonase

Nora's passion is yoga, and she is deeply grateful for the opportunity to share it with others. She teaches both gentle and Vinyasa yoga, offering modifications in every class to ensure that participants of all experience levels can join and feel comfortable. Each class focuses on a specific pose, with various modifications provided to help students deepen their practice at their own pace.

She teaches both in-person and online, specializing in group classes for teams, organizations, and special events, creating tailored sessions to meet the unique needs of each group.

Most importantly, she is continuously learning and practicing herself because she truly believes that yoga is for everyone.
