Ale was born and raised in Peru and currently lives in the Andes. Deeply connected to both the mountains and the sea, She draws inspiration from nature when designing classes. With a strong Andean background, She feels a deep connection to the elements and music. The classes combine music, nature, movement, and stillness, creating a harmonious dance between yin and yang.
