Laura Gilsbach
Laura first came into contact with yoga about 10 years ago and quickly fell in love with it. She began practicing Vinyasa and Yin Yoga and soon realized that yoga is more than just a physical workout; it is a path and philosophy for cultivating mindfulness, joy, and awareness in everyday life.
In her Slow Flow Vinyasa classes, Laura slows down the pace, ensuring the sequencing is simple, fluid, and adaptable to each student's level so no one feels overwhelmed. With a focus on breathwork and a combination of centering and strengthening movements, she aims to leave her students feeling grounded and peaceful. Her classes are perfect as a pick-me-up on a slow day or as a way to wind down after a hectic week.
During one of her trips to Bali, Laura encountered fluidUs Yoga for the first time. Initially, it took some getting used to, but she quickly fell in love with this practice, which combines yoga elements with Qigong and Tai Chi, specifically targeting and influencing the lymphatic and fascial systems. What she loves about fluidUs is the transformation it fosters—both subtle and profound—on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. It nurtures a deeper connection to oneself and others, facilitating healing without conscious effort. Laura is excited to share her experiences through her FluidUs classes, hoping to inspire and open her students' senses to the miracle that is within them.
