Heather Mabry

Heather is a clinical social worker in practice. Having practiced yoga for the past decade, she began teaching yoga in 2019, specializing in trauma-informed yoga for mental health. In her teaching, she offers a restorative balance for both body and mind—an experience designed to develop trust in intuition, let go of learned response patterns, and improve proprioception, focus, and emotional habits. She also has training in the fluidUs method with Carlos and Devon Tao. fluidUs is a system of movement and touch that relies on the inherent wisdom of the body's living anatomy and psychology to understand its intelligence. This approach deepens the possibility of a profound experience while maximizing a sense of stability, fluidity, well-being, and safety, even in challenging shapes and patterns.
