Emma, with over 10 years of experience, brings a gentle, subtle, and deeply restorative approach to yoga. Her classes are a blend of Restorative Yoga, BackMitra, somatic movement, and myofascial release, guiding students to a state of profound relaxation and inner balance.
Emma is passionate about creating spaces where people feel exceptionally comfortable, paying close attention to every detail—from calming scents to the choice of materials and ambiance. Her students often reach deep states of relaxation, benefiting from the healing effects of BackMitra and somatic movement, allowing both physical and emotional release.
Having spent more than a decade living in Australia, Bali, and India, Emma has gathered insights from diverse cultures that deeply inform her teachings. Her approach is nurturing, grounded, and personal, ensuring that each student feels supported and seen.
Currently, Emma focuses on hosting private, exclusive retreats for individuals and small groups, crafting transformative, one-on-one experiences tailored to each person’s unique needs. She also enjoys guiding people on journeys of self-discovery through Apasho Yoga, where travel and yoga unite, and offers online classes for those seeking to deepen their practice from home
