Denise De La Torre Ugarte

Denise is a yoga teacher and health coach with over 8 years of teaching experience. She specializes in embodiment and vinyasa flow, with a focus on transitions. Since 2020, she has been living in Bali and teaching yoga classes at Radiantly Alive and Alchemy Yoga Center in Ubud, Bali. Denise is also one of the lead trainers for the Spanish Vinyasa yoga teacher trainings at Radiantly Alive Ubud, as well as at her own YTT in Peru. Together with her husband, she owns a yoga and personal growth school called The Yoga Journey, where they organize annual yoga retreats and yoga teacher trainings in Peru and Bali.
