ABOUT MELI CESAR

With a background in hospitality and experience as a Chef de Partie at the Four Seasons Hotel from 2014 to 2021, Meli discovered her true passion while studying in Bali.

She has completed 500+ hours of yoga training, specializing in Vinyasa, Yin, and Myofascial Release, and has expanded her expertise into Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Meli integrates the best of these practices to ensure students feel comfortable and supported on the mat.

Her energetic practice deepened in 2023 when she became a Reiki Master Practitioner. To further integrate her knowledge of energy work, anatomy, and fascia, Meli traveled to Singapore to study Craniosacral Therapy, blending her diverse skills into a holistic approach to wellness.
