A few words about our training from Radiantly Alive founder, Daniel Aaron.
Are you ready?
Time to wake up; to live anew.
To awaken to the purposeful, inspired, incredible life that is waiting for you.
Twenty six days in the Island of the Gods, with cleansing food, amazing yoga and deep self inquiry. – it has the power to transform your world in a momentous way.
This is not your regular teacher training. Through tried and proven experiences, you will become much more than a yoga teacher; you will become empowered to live life in the extraordinary. A life of freedom, vitality, fulfillment and love.
What do we do differently? We take the ancient practice of yoga and bring it to life in mind and body through a range of different avenues. We take the body as a starting point, giving you tools and information needed to have a vibrant, energetic state. Though we will do a juice cleanse, our entire diet is cleansing (and delicious) gourmet living foods prepared by our Living Food Chef program. Rather than a single teacher, a single style, we bring in internationally acclaimed presenters of all styles and disciplines to give you a broad and holistic learning experience. We draw from ten years of creating trainings and obsess about the curriculum and schedule so you can fully immerse yourself without worrying about the details. We host the training at luxury accommodations in one of the most spiritually rich places we know, Bali. In short, we see yoga not just as a physical practice but a vehicle for learning how to let go of limiting beliefs and open a world of possibilities – our entire curriculum is created to give you the power to live anew, to be a leader and to make a difference in the world.
If you are looking for a yoga holiday, or want to learn yoga on a purely physical level, this is not the training for you.
If instead you are searching for something more. If you see or feel the possibility of creating real, lasting change for yourself, then read on.
And feel – rather than think – is it time?
Are you ready?
The island of Gods, Bali, is a rich and vibrant culture described by Yoga International Magazine as a place of ‘Living Yoga.’ Spirituality, harmony with nature, peaceful existence – these elements embody the Balinese way of life. Ubud is an artist, healer and yogi Mecca, considered to be the cultural heart and spiritual hub of this captivating Island. Embedded in rice terraces, temples and lush, green jungle, Ubud’s cooler climate (at a slight elevation) and powerful energy lends itself as the perfect yogic destination of discovery.
The faculty is just one of the stand out aspects of a Radiantly Alive Level I training. Instead of the industry norm of one or two different teachers, we fly in eight or more internationally acclaimed teachers from multiple different disciplines. As a result you will receive the highest level of teaching as well as a broad range of knowledge and understanding of the whole yoga spectrum.
Note that some faculty may present virtually

Will Bowen’s life has been a quest to understand living. Why, for example, if we all have free will, ambitions, dreams and desires do some of us enjoy health, happiness and prosperity while others struggle their whole lives?
Will was born into a family rich with material possessions but desperately poor in love and acceptance. On the outside, things looked good. Inside, however, the family was a swirling vortex of pain, criticism and anger. Will was deeply unhappy and turned to overeating as a coping strategy leaving him morbidly obese as a teenager. At 19, Will set about changing himself and lost over 100 pounds. Graduating college, he went on to an award winning career as a top salesman in media and insurance sales before becoming a Unity Minister in 2003.
In July 2006 Will was teaching a class on prosperity and offered a simple idea of using a purple bracelet for people to monitor their success at breaking the habit of complaining. His idea exploded around the world and more than 11 million purple Complaint Free bracelets have been distributed to people in more than 106 countries.
Will’s been featured on Oprah, NBC’s The Today Show, CBS Sunday Morning, The ABC World News Tonight, Fox & Friends, and in hundreds of TV and radio interviews around the world. Stories about him and the movement he created have been written about in over 200 newspapers as well as People, O magazine, Self and Chicken Soup for the Soul. Today, Will speaks to audiences around the world helping them understand and stop complaining.

Udo earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia, followed by graduate studies in biochemistry and genetics.
1980 was a major turning point, when he was poisoned by pesticides. To heal himself, he turned his attention to the field of nutrition. Several years of research culminated in his first book Fats and Oils(1986), which established Udo as a sought-after expert on the subject.
In 1983, he began to pioneer technology for pressing and packaging edible, fresh oils ‘made with health in mind’, by excluding three main factors that can damage nutritious EFAs-rich oils and turn them into toxic ones – light, heat and oxygen.
Udo published his best-seller Fats That Heal Fats That Kill (1993), which became recognized as the ‘bible on fats’, then authored a condensed version called Choosing the Right Fats (2001). He co-authored Omega-3 Cuisine (2008), which includes original recipes by celebrity chef Alan Roettinger.
To set new standards for food oils and other health-supporting consumer products, Udo partnered with Flora Manufacturing and Distributing Ltd. in 1994 to create the Udo’s Choice® health product line which includes EFA-rich oil blends, probiotic blends, digestive enzyme blends, a fiber (prebiotic) blend, a greens blend with fermented greens, and pet supplements.
In 2005, Udo was inducted into the CHFA Hall of Fame for his tireless efforts educating the public about the difference between good oils and bad oils and for pioneering higher production standards of unrefined flax and other oils, methods which are still used today.
Since 1986, Udo has completed more than 5,000 live presentations and 3,000 media interviews in over 30 countries, and has written hundreds of articles. He is the father of three grown children, resides in Vancouver, B.C., and is currently working on his latest books, including two on fats and oils, due out in 2017.

Sonja Eberhard – Head Chef
Being passionate about nutrition, yoga and health was the beginning of a culinary journey for Sonja when she returned to Australia in 1996 from living in Europe. Working in various Award wining wineries and cafes in west Australia, she opened her own cafe “Sonja’s Healthy & Tasty Foods” which gave her the starting point in building a great foundation and as the locals call it the reputation as ‘the local food queen’.
The opening of West Australia’s southwest first yoga retreat centre and raw cafe, was the beginning of a whole new journey for her. Leading the kitchen and working with like-minded raw talents like Giles Hohnen, Matt Samuelson, Nwenna Kai, Sayuri Tanaka and Felix Schoener, was not only a great learning experience but also opened the door door to the raw food and high vibe world. Wanting a new challenge and a preference for being ‘behind the scenes’ she continued to redefine her skills by running a production kitchen, researching and developing new recipes for the kitchen leading her to launch her signature brand, Biolive.
After being involved with retreats and workshops and catering for functions such as David Wolfe’s Australian Longevity Tour, Sonja discovered a new passion in teaching at yoga retreats. She started working for Radiantly Alive’s rawfood training in Bali 2012, and now heads their biannual one-month Living Food Chef Certification Course. Throughout the year Sonja runs workshops, classes and retreats spreading her knowledge to people eager to learn new ways and techniques in improving their health and lifestyle.
Her own personal health challenges was what originally led her to the world of raw vegan food, discovering how to listen to her body and live a balanced lifestyle she is now impassioned with sharing this knowledge and gift with the world.

The training will be held in the beautiful Shala space of Alam Puisi Villa, in Pejeng, Ubud. Alam Puisi is just a Ten minute scooter ride from the hub of central Ubud. With 25 villas in a quiet, rural surrounding, this residence overlooks the lush, traditional Sawahs (local rice paddies).
Each villa is stunningly decorated in a fusion of traditional Balinese and modern architecture, and has its own private deck swimming pool and is just a few moments walk from the shala where we will practice every day.
The majority of our curriculum is dedicated to these areas. Most days will begin with a morning meditation and pranayama practice, followed by a 90 minute Vinyassa asana class. During these morning Sadhana sessions, you will be guided though and taught various yogic techniques to improve breathing, aid calmness of mind and increase energy levels.
One of the true and notable differences of a Radiant Life Training is the philosophy of personal transformation. While we delve into the origins of yoga and the traditional yogic philosophy, we will spend a great deal of time on what is applicable, practical and inspiring for you right now; the core aspects of your being which are yet to manifest, and the possibilities of what you could achieve in your life. Through the Radiant Life Core Curriculum, which involves group and one-on-one discussions, sharing, introspective practices, expansion exercises and more, your learning experience will be comprehensively affecting beyond what you can imagine from a training experience.
This is where you find your voice. How to hold space for a room of people and how to guide people in an experience that enhances your life. Speaking in front of a group is a fear for many people and this is where you learn to not only overcome this barrier, but excel as a teacher and a leader as you step into your power.
In these sessions you will find Radiantly Alive’s basics of Asana, correct alignment, sequencing and flow.
In a contemporary, non-traditional approach, learn the directly applicable and dynamic practical anatomy for your personal and professional practice and teaching. Think less school-book ‘turn to page 37’ and more ‘alive, open, organic and functional’ movement, where discussions and practical lessons delve into the depths of how your body works and how to optimize your practice whilst preventing injury and creating range of movement.
Our schedule is a product of love and constant improvement. Every training, over tens years worth, we refine, upgrade and improve the way we do things. This means the best is kept and refined, while new additions are constantly added. This freshness for each Level I we run, is perhaps we have so many Alumni who have completed the training come back to take it again.
Each day is a little different and during the training we maintain fluidity to best serve the needs of those in the training. A normal day at a Radiantly Alive Teacher Training will look something like this (though be anything but normal!)
There’s life as you know it. And there’s life as you know in your heart it could be. What if you had the power to shape every aspect of your life into full delight, full alignment with your highest vision? Imagine family, relationships, business, health, sexuality, creativity, finances, spirituality and whatever is important for you brought to a level of wholeness, pleasure, fulfillment.
What if you could access that power in 4 days? This is what we do at the start of each teacher training. We set the base of the training, the mood, the vibe, on an energetic super-high so you get the absolute best training experience possible.

Through a combination of discourse, individual coaching, exercises, humor, movement, and love, the Radiant Life Activation will bring into focus the success you have been wishing for and more.

"Quite simply, this training changed my life. Transformation doesn’t really feel like a big enough word for whats happened inside (and outside) of me. I came to Bali believing I would have some insights, what I did not, could not begin to understand is that my life would be made new again. That I would be cracked open and made whole all at the same time. That I would be shown the perfect, radiant beauty inside of me and all those around me. That I would see the world as a vibrant pasture of possibility, goodness, and beauty. That I would be so humbled and overwhelmed by gratitude for how wonderful life could be, will be, that it would bring me to my knees. It might be a cult. There is a lot of raw kool aid to be drunk. But in the end I was rewarded with a life rich with love, strength, courage, humor, and possibility. So yeah, if you’re not ready to confront yourself, go deep within, and work your ass off, then this training isn’t for you. But if you are, I can promise you a reward, and experience, a life beyond your wildest dreams. Bring on the kool aid!"
"For anyone wanting to test the boundaries of the resistence of their past patterns not serving them, this is the training for you. Besides deepening my practice and creating a foundation as a teacher, it is a blessing to be in this immersion, eating live foods and learning from the best teachers who come with love to teach what they believe in."
"I loved every moment of this training. It’s given me so much valuable things, insights, tools that it feels like the training had the duration of a year. What appeals most to me is the gift Radiantly Alive creates with a caring, loving environment where it feels safe to grow. I’ve fallen in love with yoga and even though it wasn’t my intention to become a teacher I definitely feel strong and skilled enough to practice being a teacher because of this training. This training serves everybody best if they open themselves up to look within. And the food is absolutely phenomenal"
