Australian Born, Ben has been passionately involved in the food world for nearly 20 years & raw foods for the last 3. Having the privilege to work alongside some of the worlds inspiring people at yoga retreats raw food restaurants & events in Australia, Bali & Thailand, he's discovered it's not one element that creates greatness, its pulling together the keys. Being involved in catering for intimate special event groups & larger of up to 500 people has given him much insight into what it takes to deliver great food with passion & attention to detail. Having a strong focus on nutrition he teaches the fundamentals of balance & purpose to creating culinary dishes for family, friends or customers of your restaurant, cafe or catering company.
